Terms of Use

These terms are the rules for using PlayDecision. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. PlayDecision is operated by Ricardo Reyes ("we", "us").

Who can use PlayDecision

You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Results only mean something if every vote is real, so don't use bots, scripts or multiple accounts, and don't try to manipulate results.

Community rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post anything that:

• harasses, bullies or threatens anyone, or encourages anyone to hurt themselves
• attacks people for who they are, including their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability
• is sexual or pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way
• shares someone's personal information, or impersonates anyone
• is spam, a scam, or illegal

Reporting and enforcement

Tap ••• on any comment to report it or to block the person who posted it. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or remove accounts that break them, with or without warning.

Your content

You own the comments you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, copy and share them, in the app and in content we publish. The license ends when you delete your account, except for anything we've already published.

Results and the app

The app, its design, and the results, charts and reports built from everyone's answers belong to us.

Points, badges and ranks

Points, badges, ranks and forecasts are just for fun. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged for anything, and we may change or reset them.

Results aren't advice

Results show what people on PlayDecision think. They aren't professional advice, and we don't promise they're accurate or complete.

Changes and ending

We may update PlayDecision or these terms. If we make material changes, we'll let you know, and continuing to use the app means you accept them. You can stop using PlayDecision and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent the law allows: PlayDecision is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind; we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses; and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100.

Apple

If you got PlayDecision from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and isn't responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
